Today, Shanghai Chunye Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the installation, wiring, calibration and joint commissioning of a full set of water quality monitoring instruments at a sewage treatment plant in Chuzhou. All monitoring equipment has been officially put into operation. Intelligent technology forms a solid line of defense for water quality monitoring, and professional services safeguard the regional water environment.

Combining the plant’s process layout, monitoring points and complex on-site working conditions, this project deploys multiple self-developed core water quality monitoring devices in a one-stop solution with complete and comprehensive product coverage. The equipment lineup includes online pH/ORP meters, online dissolved oxygen analyzers, online CODcr / ammonia nitrogen / total phosphorus / total nitrogen analyzers, suspended solids concentration meters, ultrasonic sludge interface sensors, ultrasonic level transmitters, open channel flowmeters and vortex flowmeters, realizing full-process monitoring of nine key indicators for sewage treatment.

✅ Online Automatic CODcr, Ammonia Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus & Total Nitrogen Analyzers: Cabinet-style analyzers arranged in compliance with monitoring substation specifications. Hard PVC pipes are adopted for fluid lines with downhill routing to avoid water accumulation. Equipped with a 12-way selector valve and high-temperature digestion module, the devices adopt national standard testing methods with data repeatability ≤2% for stable operation.

All instruments uniformly support dual power supply modes: 85~265VAC / 9~36VDC, with standard 4~20mA analog output and Modbus RTU communication. Water quality analyzers are additionally compatible with the HJ212 environmental protection protocol for seamless connection to environmental supervision platforms. Some units are equipped with multi-channel relays to interlock alarm, automatic cleaning and chemical dosing systems, integrating monitoring and automatic control into one system.

After installation, technicians carried out calibration and functional debugging for each device one by one:
Two-point and three-point standard buffer calibration as well as on-site comparison were completed for pH/ORP meters to guarantee accurate pH and ORP readings.Response parameters of dissolved oxygen analyzers were optimized to achieve a response time of less than 60s at 25℃, meeting the monitoring requirements of aerobic tanks.Multi-parameter water quality analyzers were configured with reagent ratios, digestion parameters and standard sample verification, supporting automatic/manual calibration and storing up to 5 years of historical data.
